Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your access to and use of AutoSales Agent, including any connected integrations, APIs, dashboards, and support services. By creating an account, connecting a channel, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use AutoSales Agent for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. What the service does

AutoSales Agent helps teams organize sales conversations, automate approved workflows, manage or prepare content, and review performance information from connected social platforms. Features and available data depend on the plan, the platform account, the scopes you approve, and the APIs available at the time. We do not guarantee that every TikTok feature, region, account type, or analytics field will be available.

3. TikTok and other third-party rules

When you connect TikTok, you must comply with TikTok's applicable Terms, Developer Terms, Community Guidelines, privacy requirements, and any rules for the product or scopes you use. You may connect only an account that you own or are authorized to administer. You must not use AutoSales Agent to send spam, manipulate engagement, deceive users, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, bypass platform limits, or upload content that violates a third party's policies. The same principle applies to every other connected provider.

4. OAuth connections and Composio

Connections are created through an OAuth consent screen. Review the scopes and account shown by the provider before you authorize access. Where Composio is enabled as the connection layer, Composio may host or facilitate the consent link; AutoSales Agent receives only the connection and account data needed for the enabled workflow. Do not paste a TikTok password, client secret, access token, or refresh token into a chat, form, or support message. You can revoke a connection from TikTok's account settings and can also disconnect it in AutoSales Agent where that control is available.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and workspace information and keep it current.
• Protect your login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Maintain the rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis required for any content, customer list, message, image, video, or data you submit or connect.
• Review automated drafts, replies, analytics, and actions before relying on them where a human decision is appropriate.
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the policies of every connected platform.

6. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer or disrupt the service, probe another customer's workspace, attempt to obtain credentials or personal data, upload malware, create false identities, or use automation to evade a provider's rate limits or safety controls. We may restrict a connector or workspace when we reasonably believe there is a security, legal, or policy risk.

7. Intellectual property and user content

AutoSales Agent, its software, documentation, brand, and original interface elements are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You retain your rights in content and data you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service for your workspace. You are responsible for having the rights required for that processing.

8. AI-assisted output

AI-generated text, recommendations, classifications, and analytics can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing output, selecting the actions to run, and correcting any customer-facing content before publication or delivery.

9. Availability and third-party APIs

We work to keep AutoSales Agent available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular response time. TikTok, Composio, hosting providers, and other third parties may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue an API, scope, account, or region without control by AutoSales Agent. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by a third party's outage, policy decision, review, rate limit, account restriction, or data unavailability.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect an integration at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, a security incident, a provider requirement, or non-payment of an agreed fee. Suspension does not remove your responsibility for content or obligations that reasonably survive termination. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoSales Agent is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis, without warranties that the service or a third-party integration will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, integrations, or legal requirements change. We will publish the new version at this URL and update the effective date. If a material change affects your use, we will provide a reasonable notice through the service or another contact method where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
